I am a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and a Certified Brain Longevity® Specialist through the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation. My approach isn’t just about “doing yoga”; it is a clinical, evidence-based process that empowers you to take charge of your own healing.
